• Valid driver's license

• Current auto insurance

• Reliable truck

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40-60 lbs

• Ability to work around chemical coatings, solvents, fumes, and odors

• Comfortable climbing stairs

• Ability to work in occupied apartments

• Monday–Friday availability

• Pass background check (if required)

Is training provided?

Yes. Plus ongoing education so you keep growing in the trade.

What are the work hours?

Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, with just 4 Saturdays a year.

Is overtime available?

Yes!

Are tools provided?

All of it. Tools, equipment, products, materials. You show up, we cover the rest.
