Since its humble beginnings in 2007, AR Resurfacing has grown into a leader in Arizona's resurfacing industry while staying true to our roots as a family-owned business.
That family spirit extends to the team -- many employees have been with the company for 5, 10, and 15+ years, and their loyalty speaks to a workplace built on genuine care and respect.

Philanthropy
Giving back has always been part of who we are. From local community centers to nonprofit organizations, the AR team regularly volunteers its time and skills to make a difference in the communities we serve.
2025 - YMCA: Paint by Number Mural
We participated in a community mural painting event at our local YMCA. The mural was a 260ft mural that wrapped around their pool. Members of AR helped to prime the wall before painting, helped paint multiple areas of the mural and also sprayed clear coating to seal the mural upon completion.
2025 - St. Mary’s Foodbank
Members of AR Resurfacing spent their Saturday sorting and packaging food boxes for St. Mary’s Foodbank that were distributed to needy families in the Phoenix area.
2024 - Foster Care Community Center
The AR Team came together in force to handle this massive job. In a single day the team painted the interior and exterior of this building that is used for cooking and serving meals to foster care youth as well as hosting countless community events in support of foster youth.
2023 - YMCA Interior Painting
The team at AR came together to repaint the interior walls throughout the local YMCA including their gym, workout room and common areas. This livened up a space that benefits the entire community and helped the team at AR have a rewarding experience teambuilding while giving back.
Wells Fargo Rock and Roll Paint a Thon
AR for a number of years participated in this annual event which was an event that went out into the community and painted low income housing in neighborhoods throughout Phoenix. Over the years AR helped to paint dozens of homes in our community for these individuals. This event always had tons of participation from our team and made for many great memories.
